Travel north on the 405 freeway  to the 101 freeway west (to Ventura).  
Exit Westlake Blvd., turn right at the end of the off-ramp. 
Continue to Thousand Oaks Blvd., turn right.  
Continue to Promenade Way, turn right. 
Follow Promenade Way to Baxter Way, turn left.  Continue to 1 Baxter Way.

From Ventura:

Travel south on the 101 freeway.  
Exit Westlake Blvd., turn left, over the freeway. 
Continue to Thousand Oaks Blvd., turn right.  
Continue to Promenade Way, turn right.  Follow Promenade Way to Baxter Way, turn left.  
Continue to 1 Baxter Way.
